I want to conditional format a blank cell if there is a date present in another cell. If there is a date present, I want to format a red fill if the date in that same alternate cell is more than 14 days, and I want it to fill green if there is a value in the cell being conditionally formatted. Basically in one cell I want to set an "Assigned to" date. If the assignment hasn't been completed 2 weeks after the assigned date I want to fill it red, once it is completed, I want to have a green fill if there is a date present. I hope that makes sense. Thanks for your input!
