Script that Impacts one tab and not all

Question

I found this code (below) in another post and would like to use it but have it apply to one specific tab called "Client Tracker" and not impact the other tabs. I've been trying to play around with the code to figure it out, but I am so basic at coding that I just keep making a mess.
