Can I share labels (= emails with particular labels) across Google Apps for Business users?

I have created a label called “testing” and I want to share the emails that have this label with other team members.

Assuming that you're applying labels to the email based on a certain condition, you could edit the existing filter which applies the label to forward the email to your team members.

  • Might be a solution but as a last instance one. Sharing would be better. The other team members would have to setup their filters and labels.... – Radek Dec 1 '11 at 6:11
  • there's no other way, to my knowledge. @Radek – Sathyajith Bhat Dec 1 '11 at 6:13
  • I thought so but I better ask here :-) – Radek Dec 1 '11 at 6:14

Hiver helps you to share your Gmail labels easily with your team members. When you apply a particular shared label on a email conversation, the conversation will automatically land up in your team members Gmail.

All followup replies in a shared email conversation will keep getting shared automatically too

  • grexit is not working is there any other solution – user31583 Jan 8 '13 at 22:56
  • You should probably disclose the fact that you work for HIver. – Ricky Notaro-Garcia Dec 19 '18 at 22:06

You can easily share synchronized Gmail labels with SquadMail

The labels look and feel like any other Gmail label except that they are always the same for all collaborators and will also show up in your team members' inboxes.

Additionally, each label gets its own email address and you can also synchronize your labels with Dropbox and automatically extract attachments that way.
