I want to allow all the followers (I don't follow most of them) able to send me a DM.
How do I do that?
This isn't possible as of now. Twitter had rolled out an option to enable non-followers to send a DM, but this has been revoked for now.

Go to the Privacy and Safety tab in enable DM's for everyone.
