First, add your friends to friend lists if they are not already in lists. Click on Friends in the left sidebar to see your friend lists or create new lists. For each list where you do not want to see certain types of updates, click on the name of the list (in the left sidebar or on the list page that comes up when you click Friends in the left sidebar), ...
It was a combination of, yes, selecting "accounting" as freginold says. I'd already done this. By also moving the decimal and, then, finally, changing the locale from UK to USA I was able to get dollar signs left aligned, amount right aligned, with no decimal places.
Jeesh. I only hope that helps someone out there.

I looked at the source for a page that contains such examples, and it looks like what they are doing is to use the signature field in the user-profile settings to (below). You can enter markup (the examples I saw were using the deprecated <font> tag and style attribute). Then when you edit a Wikipedia page and add the ~~~~ to add your signature, it ...
I was able to import a "my places" map to mapsengine as of late August (maybe they didn't have the feature before).
Make a new map.
click "import" under untitled layer
select "my maps"
all your "my places" maps will be listed and you select the map you want to import
Okay, I finally found a way to achieve exactly what I wanted. Especially the setting about how many results get shown seems to be only available via the parameter generated on the "Settings" page.
Here is a step by step guide and at the bottom I will provide the conclusion as to how you can assemble your own search URL based on the "Settings" page. If you ...
It seems that Google Docs remember "Compact Controls" mode only for Spreadsheets.
There's a plugin for Chrome called Compactor for Google Docs.
However, since Spreadsheets remember the last setting, the plugin will effectively toggle the mode each time you open a Spreadsheet doc, but will work correctly with other types.
So, at the moment, it seems there ...
It is possible to edit the Google Docs toolbar, only very basically – by tweaking the CSS. This Chrome extension can inject custom CSS into any page: User CSS - Chrome Web Store
I used it to hide some of the buttons I rarely use, so I can make my browser window smaller w/out forcing the buttons on the right into the "overflow menu."
Idk if it's possible to ...
www.wikipedia.org is not quite a relevant example, because it's not even served by MediaWiki.
That said, the solution is simple: you need to locally alter the page [[MediaWiki:Mainpage]] with content "Title", then index.php will redirect to [[Title]].
If the target must not be served by MediaWiki, or if you want to catch all requests to the domain root ...
The easiest way to do this one is just to put the form responses in a google sheet (there is a button for this on the responses tab on the forms app) and when the survey is done change the headers. You can then download the google sheet as a csv.
I'm a developer with Cognito Forms.
I tried to set up the same 'When Updated' condition for my own Confirmation Email. In my testing I found that the confirmation email was sent out on submit, and when the status was changed to 'Complete'. I did not get an email when the entry transferred over to 'Reviewed'.
The 'When Updated' status I used is 'Entry....

You can do it in a fairly ugly way by doing the full date formatting without the line break and then parse it out and add the line break in the formula. CHAR(10) doesn’t seem to work in the custom formatting nor does \n.
Assuming your date is in cell A1 and set to read Saturday, October 31, 2015 (which is one of the defaults)
You can break it down and ...
In the new UI of Google Calendar, these background images are called Flairs (the name is similar to the one used for the icons in the old version, available thanks to the Event Flairs Lab and still working in the old UI).
As pointed in this page, you can obtain a preview of the images by replacing the [ID] with the name of the flair in the following url:
Trello does not currently have a sort cards function.
You can put those values in the card description.
Manual sort by dragging and dropping cards may be your only option right now. Easier than changing values for some of those subjective points.
Unfortunately no, users cannot add their own labs features to this list.
You can however suggest a labs feature, the link is provided on the Labs page: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/calendar
Not sure how often, if ever, they check this, but you cannot add a user-generated lab.
You can now change the colour of the background from that blue to other colours:
Menu → Settings → Change Background...
You can at first select among six colours, but if you want to use some other patterns, a photo background or your own image, you will have to upgrade to Trello Gold.
With Trello Gold, you can choose from nine stunning, hand-picked ...
Here it is how to extract map from Google Maps:
