Okay I got the problem resolved without messing with add-ons, plug-ins, history, bookmarks and sync features by just displaying Troubleshooting Information from the menu to the right of the Firefox. I had the same problem and I think its simply not possible to directly print from Firefox and Safari. On this page in the Google Help there is a separate section about printing with these two browsers. I use Waterfox, a fork of FIrefox. Current version is 56.2.10. Disabling Hardware graphics acceleration did the trick ! I lose the smooth scrolling but the videos seem to be working fine so far. I guess my video card isn't that well supported on Firefox.

Restarting Firefox in Safe Mode didn't fixed the problem. So the least destructive way was choosing "Refresh Firefox" and reinstalling add-ons I need. Now Ctrl+V seems to work in Facebook. I don't know what caused the problem. Probably someone else could give a more detailed answer which I will accept.
