Google Adwords has its own scripts Integrated Development Environment (IDE), it use JavaScript, a few Google Apps Script services like the Spreadsheet Service (SpreadsheetApp), Drive Service (DriveApp) and the URL Fetch Service (UrlFetchApp) among other services and features.
If the question is related to a Google Apps Script service use together with google-apps-script and the tag of the Google app corresponding to the service used:
- Spreadeadsheet Service google-sheets
- Drive Service google-drive
