Yes, but not using Meet and the natural language processing it provides directly. Even if you record a meeting, captions are not recorded and don't appear when you play the recording. What you can do is record the meeting, download that recording, and then use some third party app to create a full transcript from that video. For example, you could upload to ...

Personally, I don't think getting the captions from the Google Meet web app would not be too hard. It's just about setting up a JS MutationObserver to observe changes being made to the captions <div> the web app provides. Luckily, I didn't have to make the extension myself; others have already made them for us to use! You might want to check out Google ...

Google doesn't allow you to download the captions from a Google Meet meeting. As another answer mentioned, they do allow you to record the meeting. This could pair nicely with a transcription service. In that case, you can use a 3rd party service like Scribbl to join your meeting and record / transcribe it for you. Some people don't have the option to ...

Unfortunately Google doesn't support this. I wanted to do the same but the answer I got from google was that they don't support saving the chat transcript.

Yes they can see that you did it. There is a pop-up in the bottom. From a tech site: Anyone in a Google Meet conference can mute anyone else. If you mute someone, no one in the conference will be able to hear them. When you mute someone, everyone will be notified that you have muted the person. You cannot unmute someone once they have been muted. They have ...

Unfortunately, there's no built-in feature that records Google Meet captions automatically. Once the captions are no longer on screen, they're effectively gone. There are numerous browser extensions that record Google Meet captions. I have used some of the existing solutions. However, many were unusually big in app size, was distracting during a meeting, had ...

Reading answers from this question from Google Meet Help, as long as you regularly used the link, then the link continues to remain valid. However, it expires after 90 days if not used but there is always the possibility that Google will change its policy so maybe make an entry in your diary beforehand to make sure it persists.

So basically, it's kind of a weird solution I figured out, but yet an interesting one. As I mentioned, the microphone was working properly on the other app I use i.e. Zoom, and members in the meeting had no problem hearing me. And the solution to the problem was linked to a setting in the Zoom app i.e. when in a meeting you can adjust the input level of your ...

Click the pin icon on top of the thumbnail you wish to enlarge. That's the largest you can get. Update: Well, as mentioned in my later comment, if the remote user shares their browser, they can enlarge it for you with ctrl+.

Unfortunately they do not. There are a number of services that add this capability to Google Meet. Here's an example of how to get a transcript from google meet using a transcription service Scribbl.co: 1. Copy joining info from google meet: 2. Paste joining info into Scribbl 3. Click Join Scribbl to Call 4. Your transcript will stream in live!

First, click or tap on the People icon in the top right portion of the Google Meet window. A menu that lists the meeting, participants will open up on the right side of the window. Click or tap on the name of the person you want to mute. Three icons will pop up below the person’s name on the list. Tap on the middle icon, which looks like a microphone. A ...

Are you asking about the text version? Then yes, Chrome extension Tactiq Pins for Google Meet saves the live captures and provides few export options: .TXT file or sync it with the meeting notes.

Seems like overriding User Agent to with general.useragent.override to Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:63.0) Gecko/63.0 Firefox/63.0 works: meet.google.com shows real UI instead of redirect to the non-installed app.
