Based on this response set, and my reading of the manual, the answer is strictly NO. it is not possible to do the boolean | or function, distinct from the boolean & and function: you can do implicit OR by a list of labels, and you can do implicit AND by using search: with at least one
Free Trello accounts are entitled "One Power-Up per Board" as described on the Trello pricing page. That one Power-Up can be a custom or a market/regular one, but the limit applies the same.
Potentially you could build one custom Power-Up that does all the various functions you want to get around the limitation.
This functionality is not available in Trello.
Trello has integrations called Power-Ups. Have a look at the board utility ones, there may be something there that will improve your workflow, such as the The Card Repeater Power-Up which automates the creation of Trello cards for repeated tasks.
As a native app, Trello for Desktop allows for a dedicated menubar with custom keyboard shortcuts, and the ability to define a Default Board that can open whenever you open Trello for Desktop.
In the app, in the menu for "Boards" to "Set Current Board as Default" press Command-Shift-D or Ctrl-Shift-D.

An Android Trello app is now available and it allows you to drag and drop a card by long pressing on it. Just use the app. The Trello web application in Android browsers still doesn't have drag and drop support.
