Zapier co-founder here, for anyone else curious about how you might do this yourself, Github has really killer API docs which show how to use their API to read/create your gists. Its kind of annoying as you'll have to "poll" for new entries and compare them across time, but it isn't infeasible. Using a standar RSS reader like Google reader is a simple ...

Using the Trello API, I created a bot that can do exactly what you want (and a lot more). It's been running for a while with very satisfied users (see this reddit thread). To use it, you invite user "butlerbot" to your board. It will create a list called "Butler" automatically. You enter commands as cards in that list. The command you want is something ...

Unfortunately, the Instagram API does not allow for posting to Instagram. It can only be used to get information from Instagram. That's why IFTTT and Zapier aren't going to be able to help you here. Consider using Instagram as your starting point. For instance, post to Instagram and automatically also post to Tumblr.

I was able to find a way to solve my problem (detailed here) using an Apps Script with a custom function. If you replace =IMPORTRANGE(spreadsheet_url, range_string) in your spreadsheet with =DynamicImportRange(spreadsheet_url, sheet_name, range) and paste the code below into Tools --> Script Editor --> Blank Project, it should work (see this for more ...

Google Sheets has the SPLIT() function that makes it very easy to split string including separators, but you could avoid this step and directly use SEARCH() to find if an element (string) is present.

For me the problem turned out to be that my copy and paste of the URL into Zapier had white space in front of it. Pretty hard to see unless you are looking for it. I wish Zapier did an auto trim(), but meanwhile, if this is happening to you check for whitespace.

This was a temporary bug that has since been fixed. You should be able to replay any tasks that failed due to this error.

You can also use IMPORTRANGE in a conditional formula always TRUE : =if(now()>0;IMPORTRANGE("1IyAx_*****************************************Lza5x1iVfs"; "Masterlist!AT1:TA39");"CRASH") Plus you can (in spreadsheet parameters) add an update every minute. The IMPORTRANGE will be updated at least every minute.

Have you tried: https://github.com/anishathalye/git-remote-dropbox ? A transparent bridge between Git and Dropbox - use a Dropbox (shared) folder as a Git remote!

It seems you are sorting a single column when you need a pair to be sorted together. Taking what is on the left and clicking Sort as shown should return the order as shown on the right:

In this case, the issue is more with how Zapier handles the data sent from Cognito Forms than with Cognito Forms itself. All data sent via integrations, such as Zapier or JSON webhooks, is sent as real data, so text is sent as text, dates as dates (in ISO 8601 format), yes/no values as true/false Booleans, and numbers as numbers. Our integration lets ...

Yes, go to "Use a custom Value (Advanced)" and provide your Queue id, starting with 00G I think.

I found the solution. I had entered my URL without http:// in front of it. Works fine as long as I put http:// in front of the URL.

If you want to include the time your Zap runs in your Zap (or use that as an approximation of when the trigger occurs), you can use the following field in your Zap: {{zap_meta_human_now}} Just enter that text with the curly braces into the field instead of selecting something from the dropdown. For more information, see: https://zapier.com/help/advanced-...

Cognito Forms allows you to post a JSON document to webhooks when new entries are submitted that accurately reflects the data being collected. Forms can be hierarchical with multiple repeating sections and even nested repeating sections, so it naturally lends itself to being expressed using JSON. Repeating sections are not stored in a single field--they ...

It doesn't look like you can specify a dynamic date (like "current date") for the Zapier editor custom filter section, but you could make sure that the due date "exists" and only process those cards. If the "exists" filter still returns cards that don't have a due date, then maybe try something like "(Date/time) Greater than" and set a really old date that ...

I'm not sure exactly how you're pulling in the Master Sheet info to the Client Sheet, but to help with some background, when your zap adds a new row to a spreadsheet, it's literally creating a new row and filling that new row with data. This can impact how that data can be automatically retrieved depending on the details of the formulas, scripts, etc you're ...
