Help Desk Systems Analyst for retirement services in a major financial banking company. Late bloomer; went back to college at 37 for my BA in psychology. Saw the coming technology winds and used contract work to skills build and enter the IT field in software testing (13 yrs). Moved laterally to a Help Desk role (7 yrs). Almost 62 now, and still looking to grow. Like finding ways to improve efficiency for myself and my teammates using technology.
