The smaller the company, the better. I would love to be a cofounder or employee number 1-5. I would only consider a large company if it aligned extremely well with my other preferences.

My professional interests include VR/AR (but not games), music/video/media creation (not distribution), programming tools, and literally saving the world (i.e. from existential threats).

I've been programming since I was six. My experience includes MIT (including computer music research at the MIT Media Lab as an undergrad and web research at the Lab for Computer Science as an MEng student), Google (Books, internal tools, and YouTube's online video editor), and startups.

My most recent specialty is client-side JavaScript (especially advanced media handling, like piping video through WebGL shaders for real-time effects while the audio is processed by the Web Audio API). But I've done almost everything, except iOS and game consoles.

I enjoy tech leading small teams and mentoring younger developers.
