I've been a software engineer in various guises for over 20 years. During this time I participated in and/or led teams--in consulting and in-house roles--to create and deliver software solutions.

My passions are problem solving, learning, and mentoring. I want to work with colleagues and leaders who will challenge each other and me to constantly improve ourselves.
