How Am I Able To Change Ownership Of A Youtube Account Over To Anotherownership of a YouTube account over to another Google Account?account

On a client project at work I had to create a YoutubeYouTube account for a clientthem. We're about to hand over ownership of it all, but the issue is that the YoutubeYouTube account is linked to my Google Account. 

I don't want to give them the keys to my Google Account, so is there a way I can transfer ownership of a YoutubeYouTube account (or link to another Google Account), so they have their own separate login?

If not, is someone ableOr will I have to provide a support contact email addressYouTube support for Youtube and I'll ask them to do it. The client is a Government client, so it's pretty important I get this sorted ASAP.transfer the account?
