"Method 1" was the answer provided to you already (credit). While "Method 2" may be a keyboard shortcut to the "Tool Finder" it is not a keyboard shortcut to the sort command. You didn't specify your OS in your question, and mobile/Android/iOS/iPadOS are off-topic for this site.
