To move between Dropbox Folders on Android:

  1. Open Dropbox
  2. Tap source folder (e.g. "Camera uploads")
  3. Long-tap desired file
  4. Tap MoveMove
  5. Tap Up to DropboxUp to Dropbox
  6. Tap destination folder (e.g. "Public")
  7. Tap MoveMove (screen returns to source folder so scroll to top)
  8. Select Up to DropboxUp to Dropbox & destination folder (e.g. "Public")

You should see the file there.

To move between Dropbox Folders on Android:
