EXCLUDE email addresses from autoresponder? Gmail

I know you can create a canned response that will only send to certain emails, but I have a much smaller group of people (internal office) that I don't want the response sent to, rather than those I do.

Is there a way to EXCLUDE email addresses from an auto-responder? 

That way my internal office won't get the responder every time they CC me, which is a lot. And instead all customers, clients, inquiries can see that I'm away.
