With the hyperlink both displaying a paragraph of info as well as acting as a direct link to the section it refences. I have been able to change hyperlink text color to match the rest of the text in the document, however there is the hyperlink underline present which I am currently looking into how to remove. That being said though, once again thank you for the advice it helped out a ton!

Thank you this helps out a lot! Using the recommendation and the name cell function, Ctrl+J with the insert Hyperlink 'Ctrl+K' to link the named cell has preformed exactly as I was hoping it would.
