Transfer Emailsemails between two of GmailGmail's special accounts

I am lecturer in a university My. My university uses free Gmail service I. I had changed my email idID and the older one would be closed after a a few months.

I dontdon't see Accounts and Import tab, I just see Accounts tab in which no option is mentioned for importing emails

 . I tried the method with creating a filter for forwaringforwarding, but that too, does'tdoesn't work any any more in Gmail.

So please share if their isIs there any other method thenthan above for transferring emails from from my older account to newer account?
