How to create new tabs/sheets from each additions to a column?

Question

I am creating a CRM for my small business. Would like that each time I add a company name it creates a new tab/sheet in the same spreadsheet for that company follow-ups and notes. Is this possible how?

Sheet to occur on: CRM Column to take names for tabs from: E1:E (Company)

This script will do it. The trigger is contained in the function name.
