How can I use IMPORTHTML to return a single value instead of an entire table

Question

I've been using Google Sheets IMPORTHTML function to return NFL player stats.

Background

• I want to get the Target Rate for Andy Isabella from his stats page on "Player Profiler".
• The current value is 5.3% and is located in the 3rd column, 2nd row, of the first Opportunity table.
• That table is the 2nd one on Andy's stats page.

As can be seen above, the formula is returning all the values in the table including the headings.

Is there a way to use IMPORTHTML so it only returns a specific value instead of the entire table?

The following formula in A1 uses QUERY to return Column 3 only, while also limiting the result to a single value, with or without the column label.

A.  Include Label
