  4. TOROW takes the result of the BYROW function, an 365x10 (row x column) array and converts it to a single column, where the date changes every ten rows.

    • 365 times is created starting from and is used to store values and intermediate calculations in variables. Creates two sequences, the first is the dates in a given year yr. The second is 10 DIV/0 errors for each date that IFERROR replaces with the the particular date in an ARRAYFORMULA
