Cognito Forms allows organizations to quickly create compelling forms to interact with their customers. Cognito Forms are HTML5 responsive forms designed to be embedded in modern responsive websites for both desktop and mobile consumption.
The intuitive drag and drop form builder supports one or two column form layouts, repeating data elements, and rich calculations. Forms can be published by sharing a public link or by embedding an HTML snippet into any website. Form entries can be emailed or posted as JSON to another website and also managed through Cognito Forms and exported to Excel.
