It is called text wrap and you can do it in Google Docs for example like this:


If you want to do it with text box instead of an image add Drawing (Insert > Drawing...)

    I hoped there was something which worked a bit more directly in the text instead of needing to open the drawing tool where I lose the relation to the main text - and when i edit the with of the placed element in the main text it gets squashed. But it seems thats the best try in google docs.
